Extreme Underwater Breath Hold Challenge: Bath & Pool
Watch me take on an intense breath-holding series across 8 clips — 4 unique setups, each performed once in the bath and once in the pool. I push myself to the absolute edge, holding my breath underwater for as long as possible, with times ranging from 1 minute 30 seconds up to over 2 minutes.
The four variations include:
Underwater breath hold with just a nose clip
Underwater breath hold with goggles and nose clip
Underwater breath hold with just goggles
Underwater breath hold with nothing on my face
With my long sleek hair floating around me and eyes wide open underwater, each submersion gets more challenging as I fight the urge to surface.
Disclaimer / Caution: This is extremely dangerous. Breath-holding underwater carries serious risks including blackout, and other life-threatening complications. Do not attempt to replicate this. This content is for entertainment/viewing purposes only.
