Frustrated with my IBS Upset Stomach
What is going on with my stomach? It's late in the day and I have a stomachache! I never have to go at night. All I want to do is go out for a casual dinner but my tummy has me planted firmly on the toilet. Ugh. I ate taco salad for lunch and all those ingredients are nothing new to me. This is the problem with IBS. There's no rhyme or reason to it. It can hit out of nowhere, when you've eaten that same thing a million different times. I'm frustrated with my stomach, the bathroom stinks and the toilet is a mess. I went so big earlier, I can't believe my body is even capable of producing more so quickly.
