Hold your breath
I was talking with a friend on the phone and she told me that she can hold her breath for a long time, to which I replied that it surely can't be very difficult.
The truth is I hadn't tried it before, but I don't like being challenged that way, so I decided to record myself and send it to her.
I set my phone to show how long I can hold it, and I am surprised at myself for doing it—I held it quite a long time.
I do it a couple of times and begin to look for information about it, it makes me very curious.
Finally, my friend and I laughed when I shared the video with her. It turned out to be quite curious and fun.
