Unbeknownst to Nikki Dr Ginary places her ass right under Nikki's nose first covered and then she lifts up her skirt to trick Nikki into smelling her bare ass. Nikki is not so easily full but please along anyway. As Dr. Ginary begins to fart in Nikki face Nikki breaths it in deeply and worships Ginary's butt hole. Just when Dry Ginary thinks thing are going well Nikki reveals she in not really spellbound by Ginary's farts. She turns the table on Ginary giving her the same treatment and turning her into a fart worshiping brown noser.
