The sadistic doctor Valerie
Margherita went to Dr. Valerie's office for an ankle that has been hurting for a few days. The ankle is swollen and painful and the doctor immediately invites the girl to get up and try to weight it. Margherita obviously struggles and hesitates to put the limb down, but as soon as she loads it she falls to the ground in pain. At this point the sadistic doctor observes her and presses right on her ankle with her heel, making the patient scream. Margherita is shocked, the doctor is crazy to do such a thing, but the worst is yet to come, Valerie sits next to her, takes her foot and twists her ankle making her scream. Valerie laughs excitedly, her favorite thing is to hear her patients scream in pain and so she continues to pull the poor girl's ankle while she screams and writhes, Valerie also steps on her other ankle and then leaves her there alone, on the ground, unable to get up and with two bad ankles.
