I’m Tilda Payne, a kinky creator with a delicious English accent, long-standing interest in medical fetish, BDSM, and D/s power dynamics. I’m an outdoors-obsessed adventurer at heart. When I’m not creating content, you’ll usually find me climbing, wild swimming, travelling, or disappearing into the hills with a rucksack and a half-formed plan. That sense of exploration - physical, creative, and personal - feeds directly into what I share. Here you’ll find: - Medical fetish - BDSM - Personal explorations into many kinks - Real-world adventures - New collaborations. Come with curiosity. Stay for the connection.
