Bounced On My Lap Until The Credits End
You thought the empty cushion beside me was yours. I decided my lap would be your only seat.
Before the opening scene is over, I catch your wrist, pull you backward and settle your full weight across my muscular thighs. Your back presses into my chest. One arm closes across your waist, the other locks over your chest, and my rising knees lift your feet from the carpet. The first slow bounce tells you exactly where you will spend the movie.
I keep you trapped back-to-chest while the screen flickers in front of us. Every time you shift, I squeeze tighter. Every time you try to follow the plot, my thighs rise and bounce you inside my arms. I feed you popcorn, bring the drink to your mouth and prove that one arm is still enough to hold you in place.
Even the pause button cannot rescue you. I let your feet touch the carpet, catch your waist the moment you lean away and use one clean bounce to pull you straight back against me.
By the final act, you have forgotten the plot and learned my rhythm instead: lift, hold, squeeze, settle. The credits roll while my knees keep moving and my arms stay locked. I promised to bounce you through the whole movie. I never promised the ending would release you.
Press play and take the only seat Goddess Amelia chose for you.
