Mmmmmmmmmmm nothing beats a full English breakfast to start the day!
Especially after a night out it really feel good to sit and pig out of the full works!
Crispy bacon, fried eggs, sausages, fried tomatoes, fried mushrooms, crispy black pudding and for that little Irish twist fried potato cakes and toasted soda bread!
Not forgetting to wash it all down with juice and a nice of tea lol
There was enough food here for at least 6 people sadly I ate alone! (or is that lucky? Hehehe I got to eat as much as I wanted and no sharing!)
My bacon was extra crispy just the way I like it breaking my fried egg yolks and scooping it out it tastes so good together!
I like my black pudding crispy too, I like a little crunch!
I love fried tomatoes too they are sweeter when cooked that way and make for a nice little taster when piling food on a folk or on the soda bread!
Which I like to do start with either potato cakes or soda bread as the base then add bacon, black pudding, sausage, egg and a fried tomato pop it all into my mouth and gobble it up!!
The only thing I didn't have was fried bread which is sooooooooooo good with a fry up but I thought I had enough food to pig out on hehehehe
So who wants to join me for a full English then?
