Jack will repay his debts should by bastinado!
After losing heavily in a high-stakes card game, Jack found himself unable to repay his debt. As punishment, he was subjected to a prolonged ordeal in which he was repeatedly struck on the soles of his feet and the palms of his hands with wooden rods, a stick, a rope, and an electric cable. Each stage of the bastinado punishment lasted five minutes and was carried out in five different body positions. The pain was intense. The entire event was recorded on video and later sold online, with the proceeds used to help cover his gambling debt. The punishers hoped that sales of the video would generate enough money to help cover his debt.
