Officer Vans serves warrant continued (part 2)
The man Officer Vans arrested in part 1 was denied bail over parking tickets, but his attorney appealed and a different judge let him out. Officer Vans was the reason the first judge denied his bond as she gave him false information about more serious crimes they are investigating and are almost ready to file charges. She's furious the judge let him out but when his name pops up in the computer again for an arrest warrant she goes undercover and off the books and starts following him before making the arrest. The man insist he hasn't had a court date to miss yet and that he is out on bail. She arrest him, puts shackles on, and a waistchain with crotch chain. She is clearly obsessed with this parking ticket case. She takes the man to the jail where she searches him better, cuffs him to her desk and lets him see the warrant. After looking at it he says it's the same name, but wrong birthday. She insist it's a type and refuse to investigate more because she knows she is right. She performs a strip search (pov from man) and gives him jumpsuit and takes him away to holding cell until transport takes him to jail.
