It's 2016! Every year the gyms are busy with all of the new years resolutions to lose weight. Not that I'm looking to lose any weight, but I thought I'd join in and do a new workout attempt update. Last year I struggled through different exercise and this year is no different! I'm squeezed into a tiny workout bra and too tight yoga pants, belly hanging out as I attempt to do sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, squats and yoga poses. It's a BIG struggle for me, and I'm shocked at how easily I get out of breath and can't even do simple exercise!
