Captured Spy Pantyhosed Foot Tickle
He's captured a female spy who stole a top secret government microfilm from him. He's got her tied to a chair and on the floor with her feet raised so he can tickle her black stockinged feet in hopes to get back his microfilm. She is extremely ticklish on her feet but puts up a long fight because she knows if she tells him where the microfilm she's not worth keeping alive. He tickles her feet with his bare hands before using a variety of weapons, including a hair brush, two types of feathers and an electric toothbrush. At one point, he rips one of her stockings exposing one of her bare feet. He alternates tickling her bare foot and her stockinged foot until she finally gives up the microfilm. He then leaves her tied up for her enemies to find her and have their way with her.
