Kordelia's Sprained Ankle
Kordelia and I are on our way to meet with our last client of the day. We're making our way to the parking lot, heading to the car when she trips on the bottom step and her ankle rolls out from under her heels. She falls to the ground. We look at it, and it appears to be sprained. I take her high heels off for a better look. She stands up and tries to walk the rest of the way to the car. A few more steps, and she's in a lot of pain. She takes a couple more steps and her ankle rolls out from under her again leaving her feeling helpless. She sits down on the ground again to examine her hurt ankle. I offer her a piggy back ride. I lift and carry her several steps, but she's too heavy for me to carry all the way to the car. I help her back down and she continues to examine her swollen ankle while I get the car and drive over to her.
