Injured Ankle
I was coming home from work. My house is messy because of the painting project . I was tired and distracted from a long day at the job. I tripped on a paint brush handle laying on the floor. My ankle collasped underneath me and I fell hard. Oh the pain. It was sharp and excruciating. Once I caught my breath, I reached for my purse open it up and no phone. Now What! Alone and unable to get a hold of anyone, not even 911. I had my car keys. If i can drag my self without touching my ankle, I can drive as I hurt my left ankle. In pain I had no choice. I was in terrible pain to my garage to to the car to go to the doctors. You Find me coming in my house back with an ankle brace on my left Ankle. I very badly sprained my ankle. I am to stay off it for 1 week. I hop on one foot best I can to stairs. I want to go up the stairs and go to bed. I hop struggling each step. I make it a little past half way up to exhausted to finish. I just lay down there.
