This patient came to my surgery today for a specialist consultation. He has been suffering from erectile dysfunction for several years and has only just decided to come and see me to resolve the problem. CONSULTO MEDICO PER DISFUNZIONE ERETTILE
Questo paziente si è recato oggi nel mio ambulatorio per una visita specialistica. Soffre di disfunzione erettile da diversi anni e solo ora ha deciso di venire da me per risolvere il problema. Dopo avergli chiesto di sdraiarsi sul lettino da visita e aver indossato i guanti, inizio la visita. Prima di misurargli la pressione arteriosa, palpo i testicoli con le mani, poi tiro indietro la pelle per esporre il prepuzio, e tutto sembra normale. Successivamente, ausculto il cuore e i polmoni e anche in questo caso tutto rientra nei limiti della normalità. Proseguo la visita e, utilizzando una pinzetta e uno stetoscopio, controllo i testicoli e il pene, senza riscontrare alcuna anomalia. Misuro la temperatura corporea per via rettale, che risulta perfetta, e anche la sensibilità anale è normale. Utilizzando solo la forza dei glutei, riesce a spingere il termometro dentro e fuori dall’ano. Come test finale, decido di controllare la sua prostata. Inserisco il dito il più in profondità possibile e la stimolo, ma purtroppo il suo pene non mostra alcun segno di vita; rimane flaccido e insensibile. A questo punto, decido di sottoporlo a un ciclo di cure per vedere se riuscirà a eccitarsi di nuovo e se ci saranno dei miglioramenti, nella speranza che il suo pene dia qualche segno di vita...
