Too Fat to Work Out (FAIL!)
I’m way more out of shape than I realized! I figured I could get some equipment to work out at home since I walked on the treadmill and did some bicep curls with little struggle when I went to a hotel gym recently.
My goodness did I underestimate how my current size and lazy lifestyle really makes these work outs nearly impossible. Probably not even doing any of it correctly lol. I knew I’d be breathing heavy and sweating, but did not expect to be coughing and dry heaving too.
All I got was an asthma attack and a headache. Fuck! I am too fat to even work out, I think I’ll pass!
