So for the first contest, the standing butt wrestling, its basically a sumo match but with your butt. To keep it easy you guys can decide to just push the butt out,So you can push/bump each other with the side of your butt but for safety I would suggest you can't turn away if your about to get pushed out, like move to the side or something like that, that way the other girl wont fall backwards! :) So the first contest is pretty simple and the rounds can be quick depending on how you guys matchup :) I would just do it for a time limit and see who wins the most rounds, so not best of 3 or something like that.
The second contest will be the hands and knees butt wrestling. Again try to stay butts facing each other :) So the idea to this, you push against each other until one of you falls over, falls forward, so the girl underneath is flat on her stomach and the girl on top has her butt sitting fully on top of the other girls. So half your butt on top of theirs wont count, has to be full butt to butt. So normal wrestling type rules, if the girl underneath is pinned for a 3 count she loses, if she can wriggle her butt free/get the girl on top off then it just continues till someone gets a pin.
