Indica Sprained Ankle Treatment
Indica is practicing her kicks when she falls hard to the floor. She immediately knows she really hurt her ankle and Misty comes to help. She elevates her foot, takes her shoe and sock off and ices it down to help with the swelling. They she wraps it with gauze and puts a boot on it. Misty then helps Indica up, but as she's not able to walk on it, gives her a pair of crutches. She takes the crutches away, but Indica loses her balance, falls to the floor and now her other ankle is hurt.
