Grunt, Crackle & Plop! (mov)
I just ran home because my stomach starting cramping really badly. I haven't gone in about four days. I took a laxative last night to get things moving and it hit me while I was out of the house. Of course once I get home the cramps subsided a bit but I knew I had to get this out of my body. I sit on the toilet and try to let the feeling of urgency come back naturally. I pee. I start to get hot so I take my shirt off. Once I am naked I feel it will be easier to go. It's cold in here so my nipples are rock hard. I begin pushing. It's giving me bad cramps in my asshole. I spread my ass and prepare to push really hard and make my release…you can start to hear the crackling noises…..When I am all finished I go to flush and once again I clog the toilet since it was such a huge, hard, thick log.
