Naked Yoga & Stretching Outside -MP4
When I camp alone, I get a bit bored so what better way to stretch the mind and the body then by putting a blanket on the ground and do a few yoga moves and stretch however my body allows. I don't follow a routine and I may not even do some of the yoga poses correctly but its better than not moving at all. I really try to stretch every muscle in my body to include very open wide leg stretches to pushups to planks to the warriors pose and several other stretches I come up with that feel good, hurts so good, and makes me sweat. Luckily I don't have any clothing to get wet or dirty and nobody around to tell me what I'm doing wrong, or oh so right? Or maybe I do, I just don't know it. Ahhh..what a lovely day in the woods naked alone and safe as I show you why I feel safe at the end. A naked girl needs personal protection even if she thinks she is alone, right? Pardon my dirty feet, but cant be totally naked if your wearing shoes, right?
