Sexy secretary Dixie Coment has been by the strangler and left hanging upside-down from a bar in an inverted hogtie. A huge red ball gag has been strapped tightly between her teeth. She struggles helpless in the tight ropes but her wrists are tightly bound and pinned in the middle of her back. The strangler comes in and pulls open her blouse and fondles her tits before attaching clothes pins to her nipples. He then attaches a rope around her neck and pulls it tight. He ties her neck rope back to the wall behind her her to arch her back to keep from . He then cranks the winch on the wall lowering her slowly to the floor. But with the her neck tethered to the wall behind her the lower she is cranked the tighter the rope gets until she begins to choke. She struggles helpless as the rope cuts off her air and she chokes on the rope.
