Description

Sexy full figured town librarian JJ Plush knew she was in trouble when she walked into the office of the town supervisior Kelliann. Kelliann informs her that she has evidence of JJ's gambling problem and knows about her embezzling from the town. The women argue but Kelliann wins by threatening her with arrest and jail. JJ realizes that she has no choice but to do as Kelliann says. Kelliann orders her to strip to her underwear, JJ is wearing a full length girdle with stockings and high heels. Once she is stripped to her underwear Kelliann orders her to stand and bend over her desk. She then ties JJ's hands tightly together with ropes around her wrists. JJ protests but Kelliann isn't finished as she yelps in pain when her elbows are tied brutally tight. A ballgag is then pushed between her teeth and strapped in tight. Kelliann takes a moment to play with her helpless captive pulling her huge tits out of her bra and kneeding them in her hands. She ties JJ's knees together and leads her out of the office.
