Her elbows are welded together behind her back with ropes and an ace bandage has been wrapped around her head and between her lips gagging her. Her wrists are free but with her elbows so tightly tied she is completely helpless as she watches him cross and tied her ankles tightly together. He then ties her wrists tightly with more rope and flips her over onto her belly. He then hogties her pulling her ankles up to her wrists and tying them there.
