He pulls the end of the crotch rope up between her arms then pulls her ankles up and ties her ankles to the end of the crotch rope. So now if the wench struggles too much she only pulls the crotch rope tighter and tighter. Destine sobs helplessly on the cart barely able to move much more then her head. The Hunter then takes care of that by pulling an old fishnet stocking over her head and then wrapping duct tape over the stocking over her mouth. The end of the stocking is then pulled back to her bound elbows her head back and stretching her neck. He ties the end of the stocking to her elbows and leaves her totally helpless. He returns to show her just how helpless by pulling her up to her knee points and teases her thinking that he might drop her. He lays her back down onto the cart and leaves her in her horrible hogtie struggling to breath through the stocking. (11:07 minutes)
