Your family sent you to a weight loss clinic, where you are doing well enough to become the favorite patient of one of the nurses: Luna.
Unfortunately, she is the one who discovers that you occasionally like to bring forbidden food into your room... a tray of chocolate muffins, in this case.

“If the doctors find out about the forbidden food in the facility, they'll fire me... I can't even throw it in the trash, because these muffins smell so delicious that they would definitely attract the other patients. I have to get rid of them the only way possible... I have to eat them for you!”

So she starts devouring the muffins, one after the other, even asking you for a glass of ice-cold milk to help her swallow them all. She unbuttons her uniform to avoid chocolate stains, revealing a round, soft belly.

“I want you to finish your weight loss program in our hospital, I want you to get healthy, and above all, I don't want to be fired... so from today, if you have any special cravings, I'll eat them for you. You'll watch me do it, and you'll be satisfied that way. They say you eat with your eyes first, don't they?”

Ps: as I eat the fourth muffin, I start to feel really sick . I probably ate the first three too quickly, but the nausea was really terrible at that moment! I stay in character but tell you clearly that I'm not feeling well, and I start taking slow, deep breaths to try to quickly get rid of the unpleasant feeling of nausea.
I manage to finish all the muffins anyway!
