Every morning I get up and want to go to a yoga class, but some days it's probably best I am not in public. I am naturally super gassy in the morning and I feel stretching helps get the farts out. I set up my mats and start stretching out.
Boy does it work, and I don't have to worry about all the embarrassment my farting brings me when going to a studio! I flaulently meditate, relaxing my whole body till a rumble of gas releases itself. Each time i stretch deeper it happens, even stretching into the splits pushes out an all too juicy, wet spot leaving, toot. I am defiantly glad no one was around to see that one!
All in all I think my morning yoga and stretching got the flatulence out quite well, and I could go about my day *maybe* not farting in someones presence. Oh, who am I kidding! Gas is bound to happen no matter what position I am in.
