Villainous Vinnie has captured Spider Lady. He has her tied spread eagle and he's ready to extract vital information from her about the location of the Super Friend's hideout. To get this information he will her biggest weakness...her ticklishness! He tickle her upper body first, attacking her sides, belly, armpits, breasts, neck, ears and nose. He uses his fingers, a feather, a small paint brush, a regular toothbrush and an electric toothbrush. Despite the torment of being so vigorously tickled by her evil nemesis, she refuses to give up the information. So he is to tickle her feet, knowing that she will never be able to withstand the torment. He attacks her left foot and she begs him to stop. He will only stop if she tells him what he wants to know. He removes her costume boot and tickle her bare sole, toes and heel. He uses his fingers, a feather, a comb, a regular toothbrush and an electric toothbrush. After relentless tickle she finally gives in and tells Villainous Vinnie the secret location. He then flees while she attempts to get out of her restraints.
