Ein Rückblick auf das Jahr 2020 und das allererste Match zwischen diesen beiden temperamentvollen Wrestlerinnen, Inferno und Pussy Willow. Wir konnten kaum glauben, dass sie noch nie zuvor gegeneinander gekämpft hatten, und als sie dann zufällig gleichzeitig im London Submission Room auftauchten, konnten wir die Gelegenheit nicht widerstehen, sie auf die Matte zu bringen.

Dies war wirklich eine Auseinandersetzung zwischen „Geschicklichkeit“ (Inferno wrestlet seit Jahren und verfügt neben ihrer Wrestling-Erfahrung über einen Schwarzgurt in Taekwondo und ist viel stärker, als sie aussieht) und „Kraft“ (Pussy Willow hat unglaublich starke Oberschenkel und eine beeindruckende Oberkörperspannkraft und wurde einfach immer stärker). Was geschah also, als diese beiden endlich auf der Matte aufeinandertrafen?

Sie müssen es herunterladen, um herauszufinden, wie das Match endet, aber sagen wir mal so: Es war viel ausgeglichener, als wir dachten. Bei den meisten Paarungen von Geschicklichkeit gegen Kraft gewinnt normalerweise die erfahrenere Wrestlerin, manchmal bis zum Punkt der Demütigung ihres viel stärkeren Gegners. Doch Pussy Willow ist keine gewöhnliche Gegnerin, und um fair zu sein, ist Pussy Willow auch keine Anfängerin im Wrestling. Sie mag insgesamt weniger Wrestling-Erfahrung als Inferno haben, aber als regelmäßige Wrestlerin im London Submission Room hatte Pussy Willow bereits seit einigen Jahren Männer auf der Matte besiegt und sich ein recht solides Repertoire an Submission-Holds angeeignet.

Doch wie erwartet steigerte Inferno schnell ihr Niveau (diesen Fehler würde sie kein zweites Mal machen), und der Vorteil wechselte nun mehrere Minuten lang hin und her, begleitet von hervorragender Bodenarbeit, bis Inferno durch einen Armlock zum 1:1 ausglich.

Das Match setzte sich in ähnlicher Weise fort, mit großartigen Wrestling-Aktionen beider Kämpferinnen. Infernos unglaubliche Flexibilität erwies sich mehrfach als äußerst nützlich, da sie es ihr ermöglichte, sich aus scheinbar aussichtslosen Situationen herauszuwinden, doch auch Pussy Willow beeindruckte und zeigte uns, was für eine unbewegliche Kraft sie war.

Am Ende war dies ein verdammt gutes Match, bei dem beide Wrestlerinnen bereits vor dem Ende ein Rematch wollten.
