Un retour en arrière vers 2020 et le tout premier combat entre ces deux lutteuses combatives, Inferno et Pussy Willow. Nous n'arrivions vraiment pas à croire qu'elles ne s'étaient jamais affrontées auparavant, et donc, quand elles se sont retrouvées par hasard au London Submission Room en même temps, nous n'avons pas pu résister à l'opportunité de les faire monter sur les tapis.

Ce combat était vraiment un affrontement entre « technique » (Inferno pratique la lutte depuis des années, possède en outre une ceinture noire en taekwondo et est bien plus forte qu'elle n'en a l'air) et « force » (Pussy Willow a des cuisses extrêmement puissantes et une force incroyable au niveau du haut du corps, et ne cesse de devenir de plus en plus forte). Alors, que s'est-il passé lorsque ces deux-là se sont enfin affrontées sur les tapis ?

Dans la plupart des confrontations entre technique et force, c'est généralement la lutteuse expérimentée qui l'emporte, parfois au point d'humilier son adversaire bien plus fort. Mais Pussy Willow n'est pas une adversaire ordinaire, et pour être honnête, Pussy Willow n'est pas non plus une novice en lutte. Elle a peut-être moins d'expérience globale qu'Inferno, mais en tant que lutteuse régulière au London Submission Room, Pussy Willow tabassait déjà des hommes sur les tapis depuis plusieurs années et a acquis un répertoire assez solide de prises de soumission.

Et donc le combat commença, et peut-être qu'Inferno était un peu trop confiante dans son niveau de compétence — ce n'est pas long avant qu'elle se retrouve piégée dans une prise d'étranglement arrière, et le score passe à 1:0 pour Pussy Willow. Mais comme on pouvait s'y attendre, Inferno intensifie rapidement son jeu (elle ne se laissera pas surprendre deux fois de la même manière), et l'avantage oscille alors d'un côté à l'autre pendant quelques minutes, avec un excellent travail au sol, avant qu'Inferno égalise le score à 1:1 grâce à une clé de bras.

Le combat se poursuit de manière similaire, avec de superbes actions de lutte des deux côtés. L'incroyable souplesse d'Inferno s'est révélée particulièrement utile à plusieurs reprises, lui permettant de se dégager de situations apparemment désespérées, mais Pussy Willow a également impressionné et nous a montré à quel point elle était un pilier inébranlable de puissance.

En fin de compte, ce fut un combat absolument incroyable, avec les deux lutteuses impatientes de se retrouver pour une revanche.
