There is no doubt that Sativa knows how to kick ass on the mats. But have you ever wondered how skhe keeps in top shape and ready for action? Weil, to find out more, check out this clip of her in one of her famous training routines. This is a short routine filmed back in 2018, in which she warms-up with some fairly extreme stretching, showing off her incredible flexibility; some of the shapes she creates with her stretches have to be seen to be believed; then she runs through a short, but very intense solo kicking and punching routine. Some of the kicks get really close to the camera but of course her black-belt in Karate means she is able to judge the distance of her feet from the camera lens with a degree of precision that only a real pro can deliver.
