Weil, to find out more, check out this clip of her in one of her famous training routines. This is a short routine filmed back in 2018, in which she warms-up with some fairly extreme stretching, showing off her incredible flexibility; some of the shapes she creates with her stretches have to be seen to be believed; then she runs through a short, but very intense solo kicking and punching routine. Some of the kicks get really close to the camera but of course her black-belt in Karate means she is able to judge the distance of her feet from the camera lens with a degree of precision that only a real pro can deliver.
