Ginger and her friend go to the sauna. Both have big tits, one natural and one augmented (can you guess which?). Ginger is dieting so she didn't eat any food the day before and she has set the sauna is set for highest temperature. No surprise Ginger starts feeling lightheaded after a while in the steaming sauna. Her heart rate jumps, she gasps for air and is dizzy. Nichole goes out to get some water for her, but in the meantime Ginger collapses! When her friend comes back with the water she helps her sit up, turn off the heat and calls the ambulance. Than she lays semi-conscious Ginger onto her side. When the parameds arrive they bring Ginger out of the sauna and start examining her. While wiping down her nude body her eyes rolled up, her breathing stops and her heart goes into cardiac arrest. The paramed team starts CPR immediately and use the ambu bag to help her breathing -- with No response. The defibrillator is also charged, EKG electrodes are placed onto her chest, and an IV is inserted. They perform the first defibrillation but with no response in this very cramped enclosed space where she is laying. The resus procedure continues and from this point you can see a very realistic and intensive resuscitation in this small room. The medical team works hard to stabilize Ginger, they use a lot of medication, perform CPR, ambu bagging and shock her heart many times. The camera tries to show this procedure from as many angles as possible. Finally in the middle of CPR Ginger starts breathing suddenly. They places an O2 mask onto her face, instruct her to try breathing well, cover her and prep her for to transport to the hospital. A very realistic and intensive location resus film. Strong chest compressions, large paramed team working on the patient. A must see for location and big natural breast fans!

(English) Nichole and her assistant are working hard in the office, but following a very stressful client call Nichole starts gasping for air and her arm starts to get numb. Her assistant tries unsuccessfully to help her with some water but Nichole is looking pretty bad and getting worse by the minute. As she calls another colleague for help as she is the designated office first aid trainee. They lay Nichole on the floor. Meanwhile an ambulance is called. Nichole whispers she has chest pains and her colleague holds up her legs while they console her to calm her down. However, soon her colleague checks her pulse and feels nothing! Nichole's assistant who is the office drama-queen is now close to panic but her designated first aid colleague calmly takes the AED from the wardrobe. They follow the machine's loud guide, take off her dress, cut her bra off and place the AED pads on Nichole's ample chest. The AED charges and following the first round there is no response. They start the CPR but it's not easy on her because of her large breast implants. They use an MTM-mask for artificial breathing. As CPR continues the girls switch positions. They perform more AED rounds on Nichole and finally her pulse returns. Her breathing is still pretty bad and she is not stable. A must see film for symptom fans and AED fans!

Ginger is in the OR being prepped for abdominal surgery. The surgery team preps her, removes her hospital gown and hooks her up to heart monitor while putting a bouffant cap onto her head. They also place stockings on her legs to avoid thrombosis. The doctor places the black mask on her face and she starts breathing and counting backwards. They intubate her with a standard ET tube, tape the tube and her eyes, and then hook her up to a respirator. The surgery team also inserts a catheter. The head nurse starts to sterilize the surgery area. All of a sudden the patient's heart goes into vFib. Nobody knows what happened but they immediately charge the defibrillator. Following the first round she flatlines and the team starts CPR and ambu bagging. After many rounds of CPR and a lot of defibrillation her pulse returns to normal. Now they can start the surgery. They must re-sterilize her abdomen before commencing. A very detailed surgery clip with long preparation, and a long resus scene with strong chest compressions. A must see clip for surgery fans!

(High Definition Clip) (In English) Nichole's been in her cast for 4 weeks now and as she goes out shopping with two friends she once again starts whining about her cast, for the girls to slow down, etc. etc... They have had enough, especially her best friend who is still pissed at Nichole for flirting with her Ex at a recent party by wiggling her pretty casted toes at him. Those casted toes are covered now by a high fashion sock to keep them warm and snug and clean -- but not for long. "If she wants to show them off, let her do it on a cold, dirty street" her jealous friend thinks as she sneaks up behind hapless struggling Nichole and pulls off the only protection her vulnerable toes have. Nichole immediately reacts with more whining as she jumps, gimps and hops to get the sock back as her friend torments her by circling her and waving it around. Poor Nichole points at her vulnerable naked toes pleading with them to give her the only protection she has for them, but her jealous friend will have none of it. She tells Nichole the only way she'll get the sock back is if she can pick it up with her toes and "hand" it to them. Her other friend who was at the party too gets evil as well, first promising to give Nichole back her sock after she's grabbed it with her toes and "footed" it to her, but then taking the sock and running away with it until Nichole once again demonstrates she can use her five exposed little piggies for something other than luring the other girl's boyfriends. When they finally get back to the house Nichole is in possession of her sock again but when she waves it at her poodle you can see how excited he gets at the socks foot stink.

(In English) Sexy Nichole discusses her office CA and how her colleagues helped her with artificial breathing, CPR and an AED. As she tells her story, flashbacks show it happening including her breathlessness, collapse and resus. She also discusses her implanted defibrillator and describes how it worked when she had a second CA at home with friends. Check out the full video Nichole Massive CA At The Office.

(High definition clip) (in English) Coquette Nichole is bragging to her girlfriends at a party how much dick she gets because of her secret weapon -- her casted foot and exposed toes. She even talks about a guy at the party wanting to name her little toes. Unfortunately the guy in question is her best friend's old boyfriend and she is FURIOUS!!! First she "accidentally" flings a glass of sticky and gets it all over poor Nichole's naked piggies. After some false apologies things get less heated until Nicholes best friend "accidentally" tramples Nicholes vulnerable toes with her clunky heel. Nichole doubles over in pain. She is on to her friend and demands she massage her poor toes, she grudgingly obliges to make peace but can't help adding insult to injury by commenting cattily on her big white plastered foot.

(High Definition Clip) Executive Ginger, and her big tits, arrive at a hospital for a heart exam. The doctors checks her BP first. Than Dr. Betsy steths her lungs with Ginger's bra bra off and on. With her bra off Betsy listens to her heart in a sitting and prone position. The Nurses prepare the ECG and use an old style rubber band ECG electrodes for chest leads. The camera caught even the nurses enviously checking out Ginger's big tits as she wipes herself off after the ECG is removed!
