Alors que Zuzu se remet chez elle, le pied dans une attelle qui lui immobilise toute la jambe et chaussée d'une seule sabot, son amie vient la voir et la trouve étalée sur le canapé, un peu abattue. En examinant l'attelle, l'amie de Zuzu propose de lui remonter le moral en l'aidant à décorer son plâtre. Elle espère ainsi détourner son attention du plâtre, mais cela ne fait qu'y focaliser davantage son esprit. Puis, son amie propose de masser les orteils enfermés dans le plâtre, ce qui est apaisant, mais encore une fois ne parvient pas à détacher complètement Zuzu de sa condition. Finalement, elles décident de sortir, dans l'espoir que cela aidera, même si c'est difficile pour Zuzu de se déplacer. Toutefois, avant de partir, elle change de sabot contre une basket, car ce sera plus facile.

Kyra is at her girlfriend Connie's place. While checking posts on social media, Kyra suddenly notices a picture of her boyfriend with another girl. She becomes anxious, starts gasping for air, and soon her heart goes into Vfib. Connie tries to call out to Kyra but gets no response. In a panic, Connie calls an ambulance and begins CPR and MTM on Kyra. The paramedics arrive quickly and assess the situation, realizing they need to start resuscitation immediately. They quickly open Kyra's shirt, begin deep and strong chest compressions, and use an ambu bag for ventilation. Kyra is hooked up to a 3 lead heart monitor, and the defibrillator is charged with no immediate response. Kyra exhibits short, sharp movements and more dramatic, Hollywood-style reactions. After several more cycles of CPR, the medical team intubates Kyra, secures the endotracheal tube with tape, and continues resuscitation. Finally, Kyra's pulse returns to a normal rhythm. This scene features a detailed and dramatic resuscitation effort, including CPR, ambu bagging, defibrillation, intubation, and monitoring with ECG. It's a compelling clip for anyone interested in resuscitation procedures.

After coffee with her friend at the mall Emma starts this clip on her way to the subway with her. She uses a cane to balance her high heeled boot with her leg cast. She's got an uncomfortable toe spica which makes it more difficult to gimp in her unbalanced heel while the plaster rubs between her big and second long toe and it’s really tricky going up and down the stairs to the subway. She has to do it and when she gets on the subway she crosses her casted leg to keep her exposed toes off the dirty floor and because its more comfortable. What's not comfortable is the looks she gets on the subway wearing only one shoe with her five vulnerable toes hanging out of their plaster prison. Still, she has no choice, and after a couple of train switches with the same results she is happy to get out of the train. She is less happy climbing up the steep staircase to street level, even with an escalator allowing her casted leg some relief for part of the way. And she still has a way to go walking on her bad foot before she gets home. Too bad for her long pretty bare toes that it's so cold! A great clip featuring nice close-up shots of Emma's long toes both on he trains and on the escalator. If you like these public closeups it must see. Quite a bit of station and street gimping as well.

Connie has a weekend appointment with a real estate agent to check out a potential new location that needs lot of work. She has had an accident recently and is in a leg cast but decides to make the meeting anyway What she doesn't realize is that walking bare toed in a cast to a building site is not the best idea. First, she must navigate outside building with lots of small sharp pebbles and water filled potholes. She must keep her eyes on the ground to insure she does not hurt her casted foot and almost misses the agent who is surprised at her condition when they meet. Then they go into the building which is dark and dusty, and Connie must navigate some rickety stairs all the while holding on to the agent's arm for support. Connie’s foot starts to ache as the building tour progresses and the agent suggests they go back to her home which is not far so Connie can rest her bad foot. When they get their Connie immediately starts wiping her half naked cast foot off and massaging her cold toes. the agent offers to assist with a soothing closeup cast foot massage.

Connie a un rendez-vous à l'aveugle et est obsédée par ce qu'elle va porter avec son gros plâtre à la jambe d'où ses orteils dépassent. Elle est déjà une grande fille et n'apprécie pas de se promener avec la moitié de son grand pied nu qui dépasse du plâtre pour une première rencontre. Sa colocataire l'aide déjà à changer de vêtements parce qu'il est très difficile de tout enfiler et retirer sur sa jambe plâtrée. Sa colocataire propose de peindre les orteils de son pied plâtré pour les rendre jolis puisqu'ils seront exposés. Connie va porter des bas et un talon fermé sur son seul bon pied, donc elle va laisser ces orteils tels qu'ils sont. Son amie choisit une jolie couleur sur laquelle elles sont toutes deux d'accord, enfonce du coton entre les orteils de Connie et commence à les peindre. Pendant ce temps, Connie choisit une robe noire et des chaussures noires à porter qui contrasteront avec son plâtre et ses orteils fraîchement peints. Lorsque la pédicure est terminée, Connie enfile sa robe noire et examine ses orteils fraîchement colorés par rapport à son unique chaussure à plateforme noire.

(Anglais) Benetta boite jusqu'à son bureau, prête à interviewer la dernière aspirante mannequin. Ses longs orteils exposés sur son pied plâtré remuent pendant qu'elle attend l'arrivée de Kira. Elle fait mettre à Kira une seule demi-chaussure déséquilibrée avec son talon habituel, puis la fait passer par ses exercices dans le bureau, exigeant qu'elle marche avec élégance et équilibre comme le fait Benetta, même avec un seul talon déséquilibré. Kira se retrouve à boiter dans le bureau avec ses orteils en nylon dépassant d'une demi-chaussure pendant que Benetta lui donne des exemples de comment marcher dans sa propre condition de déséquilibre, marche avec Kira pour démontrer, puis lui fait faire en solo. Ensuite, Benetta fait changer à Kira la chaussure et la demi-chaussure sur son autre pied, et l'emmène hors du bureau pour voir si elle peut maintenir son équilibre et sa grâce avec un seul talon déséquilibré, ses orteils en nylon dépassant comme Benetta doit le faire tous les jours. C'est un clip d'histoire unique avec beaucoup de très beaux gros plans, en particulier des longs jolis orteils de Benetta alors qu'elles s'entraînent toutes les deux à marcher avec un plâtre et une chaussure déséquilibrée. Nous le notons comme à voir absolument.

Le pied constamment plâtré de Zuzu est un peu douloureux aujourd'hui, alors elle utilise une canne quand elle sort en short très court et une seule Chuck pour retrouver son amie. Sa signature "marche de canard" qui traîne son pied plâtré vers l'extérieur et sur le côté pour protéger ses orteils vulnérables est encore plus prononcée avec la canne sur laquelle s'appuyer. Cependant, elle ressent toujours le besoin de protéger ses orteils exposés en permanence et doit se pencher pour masser ses petits orteils nus de temps en temps pour les soulager. Son amie est très compréhensive et quand elles se séparent, Zuzu continue sa claudication seule, se sentant plus à l'aise avec sa démarche particulière et utilisant sa béquille pour masser entre ses orteils sans que son amie ne le remarque.
