Water box (Breathing training) pt 1
Today it is Dominica.
The water box is made in such a way that we can control the water level inside. Sometimes she has time to take a breath. But sometimes she only has time to exhale and remains completely without air in her lungs. At some point, she begins to laugh, because her mind is already clouded. She starts without a mask, but then continues using a mask.
We didn't plan on making this video public, it was just a training session. Therefore, everything was filmed with a spare camera and its quality is not very good, sorry. But we received a lot of requests for such content and decided to post these trainings.
