Extreme BH training with Dominica
Dominica holds her breath while lying on the bed for as long as she can. Then she has no more than 10 seconds to breathe a little and she starts again. After two and a half minutes, we clamp her mouth and she should not breathe until we give her this opportunity. She also must not use her hands to free herself or she will be fined.
