Upon entering, she begins to search the area, acting on information that a suspect might be inside. She discovers a man in the loft—but what strikes her as suspicious is that he is already handcuffed, with a piece of tape over his mouth to prevent him from calling out. Once she allows him to speak, the man tells Officer Ily that he is also a police officer, claiming he was set up and restrained using his own handcuffs. A crime boss finds himself with no way out. A policewoman offers him a deal: his freedom in exchange for taking on her colleague. He has no real choice, and he knows it.

Before the deal can be sealed, he has to get ready. He's made to change out of his clothes and put on an elegant suit, as the occasion demands. Then comes the signing. The contract is already prepared, the terms already written, and all that's left is for him to put his name on it.

Once it's signed, he is handcuffed and left waiting while everything is arranged for departure. Time drags, and the wait weighs as heavily as the agreement he has just signed.

After being captured, the prisoner Cost is arrested and handcuffed by the policewoman Ily and placed in the back of the car.
