The story of Agent Patty continues. She was caught during a mission to uncover evidence that the staff of a mysterious asylum were secretly indulging in dark fetish games with the people kept inside. In the previous episode, Patty attempted to escape, but an attendant caught her in the dark, gloomy corridors of the asylum and brought her back.

In this episode, Patty is once again sitting in front of the mirror, watching herself closely.

Yesterday she was an agent. Today, the reflection shows a helpless resident wrapped in a straitjacket, with her legs tightly secured together in a frogtie-like position and a tight ballgag filling her mouth.

The attendant approaches and wraps the ballgag tightly with layer after layer of microfoam tape, sealing it securely in place. Once he is satisfied with his work, he leaves Patty alone for quite a while. Apparently, she needs some time to accept her new role...

But Patty has not given up.

She struggles hard in front of the mirror, constantly watching her own reflection as she twists and fights against the restraints. Her feelings are complicated. On one hand, she is completely helpless and immobilized, with her mouth thoroughly sealed beneath the gag and thick layers of microfoam tape - definitely not good.

And yet... she cannot deny that there is something strangely aesthetic about the reflection staring back at her.

The story of secret agent Patty's nightmare inside the psychiatric institution continues.

As you may remember from Episode 1, one careless step during her attempt to infiltrate the women’s facility ended with Patty being discovered by one of the orderlies. She was taken into a strange dark room in front of a mirror and placed in a straitjacket. Patty eventually managed to escape after realizing that the door had been left unsecured.

Episode 2 begins with Patty still wearing the straitjacket, leg restraints, and a cleave gag as she desperately moves through the deserted institution looking for any possible way out.

Unfortunately, her escape does not last long.

The same doctor catches her again and brings her straight back to the room she escaped from. Apparently, Patty was underestimated the first time. Now it is obvious that this “patient” is extremely determined to escape, so the doctor decides that much stronger precautions are necessary.

Patty's cleave gag is replaced with a restrictive harness ballgag, and she is strapped tightly into a special chair positioned directly in front of the mirror.

Why the mirror?

Patty doesn't know yet.

All she can do is stare at her own reflection. Yesterday she was a confident special agent on a secret mission. Tonight she sees herself sitting there in pantyhose and socks, tightly wrapped in a straitjacket, gagged, and secured to a strange institutional chair.

She nervously struggles against the straps, watching herself in the mirror and trying to figure out some way to regain control of the situation.

After Patty spends a considerable amount of time restrained in the chair, the doctor finally returns and releases her from it.

But the session is far from over.

Her legs are now strapped into a restrictive frog-style position before she is once again left alone in front of the mirror.

Patty twists, squirms, rolls, and struggles persistently, refusing to simply give up. But the institutional restraints prove stronger than her determination to escape.

Her arms remain trapped inside the straitjacket. The straps around her legs make standing almost impossible, leaving her capable of little more than awkwardly balancing and shuffling on her toes. Her jaw is tired from the gag, she has no phone, no way to contact anyone, and no idea what the doctor has planned for her next.

It is nighttime, she is completely isolated inside the institution, and the mission that began as an investigation is becoming something much more dangerous.

To be continued...

Enjoy!

This is the first episode of a long story following special agent Patty and the investigation that changes everything for her.

Patty receives an assignment to secretly infiltrate a women's psychiatric institution and gather evidence that something deeply wrong is happening behind its walls. According to the investigation, some members of the staff may be treated their authority and treating the female patients in completely unacceptable ways.

Patty enters the facility at night and carefully makes her way through the empty corridors. Eventually, she reaches an office and manages to access a computer containing exactly the kind of evidence she was sent to find.

For a moment, it looks like the mission is going perfectly.

But Patty has made one crucial mistake.

This institution is not nearly as unguarded as it appears. Security cameras have been following her movements from the moment she entered, and someone already knows exactly where she is.

Before Patty can escape with the evidence, one of the orderlies catches her.

The balance of power changes instantly.

Her unnecessary outer clothing is removed, and Patty is placed into a restrictive straitjacket. The special agent who entered the building expecting to expose its secrets is suddenly standing on the other side of the investigation.

Now Patty is treated as the orderly’s personal "patient."

She stands in front of a mirror wearing the straitjacket, staring at her own reflection and trying to understand just how badly the mission has gone wrong. Behind the thick walls of the institution, nobody knows where she is - and Patty has no idea what the staff have planned for her.

But she is still an agent.

The moment she sees an opportunity, Patty makes her first attempt to escape.

And this is only Episode 1.

You asked for it, and after giving the idea some thought, we decided to make it happen.

This clip is a single-angle version of a previously released scene:

Meloxy Topless on Her Knees - Candle Play on Her Oily Soles by Patty (UHD 4K MP4)

This time, the focus is entirely on Patty and the feet in front of her, giving the scene a much more immersive point of view.

With the wider story and extra camera angles removed, nothing distracts from the fantasy of strict, dominant Patty calmly enjoying controlled fire play around a pair of female soles.

It is deliberately simple and focused, leaving plenty of room for your imagination - you can picture almost any girl you like on the other side of the frame while Patty takes full control of the scene.

A niche alternate version made especially for those who wanted a more direct and fantasy-friendly perspective.

Enjoy!

More clips with Patty:
Patty - Captured Bondage Bunny - Very Tight and Thin Ropes (UHD 4K MP4)

Patty the Agent in Trouble - Tight Chair Tie (UHD 4K MP4)

This clip is all about clean, aesthetic bondage and the quiet cruelty of thin rope - performed right in front of a mirror.

Meloxy begins kneeling before the mirror as I step in and start binding her arms behind her back. I pull her elbows parallel and as close together as her body allows, tightening her posture into a strict, elegant shape. When her elbows and wrists are secured and the chest-bondage corset is finished, I tape her palms together with microfoam, then push a black ballgag into her mouth.

Next comes the legs.

I tie each leg separately at the knees, essentially creating a frogtie position - controlled, compact, and visually perfect in the mirror. Then I step away and sit down in a chair, simply watching and enjoying as Meloxy struggles for me in her reflection.

Meloxy likes bondage, but this one is tight. You can see it in the way her breathing changes, the way her body tenses, and how every second inside the thin rope embrace becomes heavier. The longer she fights it, the more the ropes demand from her.

Finally, I approach her again, lay her down on her stomach, and she keeps struggling - enduring the pressure, gagged, bound, and trapped with nowhere to go but deeper into the rope.

Enjoy!

Meloxy is tied in a tight barefoot hogtie, looking helpless and irresistible while Patty takes full control of her feet.

Patty gives Meloxy's bare soles a full teasing treatment - playful hand tickling, comb strokes, little bites, and slow licks and kisses that switch the mood from sweet to mean in seconds. Meloxy squirms in rope, trying to endure the constant attention on her feet while Patty keeps changing rhythm and pressure to make every reaction bigger.

Then it escalates: Patty pushes a red ballgag into Meloxy's mouth and keeps going, tickling her bare soles even more while the gag turns every reaction into muffled sounds and breathy struggle.

Tight hogtie, bare feet, teasing tongue, sharp combs, and nonstop sole tickling with a gagged finale. Enjoy!
