The story of secret agent Patty's nightmare inside the psychiatric institution continues.
As you may remember from Episode 1, one careless step during her attempt to infiltrate the women’s facility ended with Patty being discovered by one of the orderlies. She was taken into a strange dark room in front of a mirror and placed in a straitjacket. Patty eventually managed to escape after realizing that the door had been left unsecured.
Episode 2 begins with Patty still wearing the straitjacket, leg restraints, and a cleave gag as she desperately moves through the deserted institution looking for any possible way out.
Unfortunately, her escape does not last long.
The same doctor catches her again and brings her straight back to the room she escaped from. Apparently, Patty was underestimated the first time. Now it is obvious that this “patient” is extremely determined to escape, so the doctor decides that much stronger precautions are necessary.
Patty's cleave gag is replaced with a restrictive harness ballgag, and she is strapped tightly into a special chair positioned directly in front of the mirror.
Why the mirror?
Patty doesn't know yet.
All she can do is stare at her own reflection. Yesterday she was a confident special agent on a secret mission. Tonight she sees herself sitting there in pantyhose and socks, tightly wrapped in a straitjacket, gagged, and secured to a strange institutional chair.
She nervously struggles against the straps, watching herself in the mirror and trying to figure out some way to regain control of the situation.
After Patty spends a considerable amount of time restrained in the chair, the doctor finally returns and releases her from it.
But the session is far from over.
Her legs are now strapped into a restrictive frog-style position before she is once again left alone in front of the mirror.
Patty twists, squirms, rolls, and struggles persistently, refusing to simply give up. But the institutional restraints prove stronger than her determination to escape.
Her arms remain trapped inside the straitjacket. The straps around her legs make standing almost impossible, leaving her capable of little more than awkwardly balancing and shuffling on her toes. Her jaw is tired from the gag, she has no phone, no way to contact anyone, and no idea what the doctor has planned for her next.
It is nighttime, she is completely isolated inside the institution, and the mission that began as an investigation is becoming something much more dangerous.
