Carmen La Dean & Lara the Warrior – Lift & Carry Challenge

Lara the Warrior weighs around 70 kg, and when she steps onto the mats with Carmen La Dean, she isn't entirely convinced Carmen will be able to lift her — let alone carry her around with ease.

Carmen is more than happy to prove her wrong.

What begins as a friendly challenge quickly turns into a 12-minute showcase of Carmen's strength, as she lifts, carries and manoeuvres Lara in a variety of different positions. Piggyback carries, over-the-shoulder lifts and more unusual holds all become part of the fun as Carmen experiments with just how easily she can move her 70 kg partner around the room.

Plenty of laughter fills the room, with Lara clearly enjoying being on the receiving end of Carmen's strength. As the session continues, her initial doubts disappear and she begins to understand exactly why so many men enjoy being lifted and carried by Carmen.

Relaxed, spontaneous and filmed in a bright wrestling environment on proper mats, this is less about competition and more about two strong women having fun — with Carmen doing what she loves most: showing off just how powerful she really is.

12 minutes of lift & carry, strength, laughter and playful physical domination featuring Carmen La Dean and Lara the Warrior.

Lara the Warrior – 171 cm / 70 kg

Carmen La Dean – 186 cm / 113 kg

Yes, you’re reading that correctly.

That’s a 43 KG weight difference.

I’ve NEVER experienced a size difference like this in a real wrestling match before, so going into this one, I was genuinely curious to see what the hell was going to happen. :-)

And there was another little problem...

I had never seen Carmen wrestle before. Not live, not even in a video. So I really had NO idea what to expect from her.

Carmen told me she had only been wrestling for around two years, but come on... how many times have we heard someone say, “Oh, I haven’t been doing this very long,” only to discover five minutes later that they’re an absolute nightmare on the mats? ;-)

So there was no way I was going to underestimate her.

What I DID know was that trying to fight 113 kg with strength would be a spectacularly stupid strategy for my 70 kg body.

My plan had to be speed, movement and conditioning. Keep moving, don’t let Carmen comfortably use that enormous size advantage, and make my experience and cardio do the work that pure strength simply couldn’t.

Carmen and I immediately had really good chemistry. We liked each other, clicked naturally, and I think you can see that energy throughout the entire fight. We’re genuinely competing, but we’re also clearly having a great time doing it.

This match has personality.

When I was editing the footage afterwards, I actually caught myself laughing out loud several times because some of the moments between us are just hilarious. There’s real effort, a ridiculous size difference and plenty of action, but there’s also this playful chemistry that gives the whole fight a completely different energy.

A punishment round for the winner included :-)

And trust me, that part is pretty entertaining to watch too. ;-)

Who would YOU like to see Carmen wrestle next?

Michael thinks he's arrived for the opportunity of a lifetime — a well-paid position working personally for Carmen La Dean.

At first, everything seems surprisingly professional. Carmen questions him about his suitability for the role and calmly explains what she expects from her new employee. But there is one very unusual part of the job description she has deliberately left until now:

Carmen needs a human cushion.

Before Michael can decide whether he really wants the job, Carmen begins his practical assessment.

What follows is a very hands-on test of his durability. Chest sitting and bodyweight domination are joined by increasingly demanding challenges, including butt drops through the middle section of the film, as Carmen discovers just how much her prospective human furniture can handle.

Michael is determined to prove he can do the job, but Carmen is bigger, stronger and far more demanding than the interviewer he was expecting.

Can he withstand the assessment long enough to get hired?

And even if he does... is becoming Carmen La Dean’s personal human cushion really the opportunity of a lifetime?

The film opens with approximately 4 minutes of character-driven interview role-play and dialogue, setting up the scenario before Carmen begins Michael’s physical job assessment.

Featuring: chest sitting • bodyweight domination • butt drops • human furniture • size difference • humiliation • dominant roleplay • story-led action

## **Mistress Carmen’s 80s Aerobics – Part 2: Human Exercise Equipment**

Mistress Carmen continues her colourful 1980s-inspired workout, but this time Michael is used for far more than lifting and carrying.

With the music playing and Carmen fully committed to her retro fitness routine, Michael becomes an entire collection of human exercise equipment. She uses him as a step for her aerobics, settles onto him whenever she needs a seat and stretches across him as though he were her own personal yoga mat.

Part 2 places more emphasis on playful crushing and bodyweight exercises, with Carmen repeatedly stepping, sitting and pressing down on Michael as she works through her routine. Despite the pressure, the atmosphere remains light-hearted, energetic and fun, with Carmen treating her unusual equipment as a perfectly normal part of the workout.

Creative, colourful and packed with retro charm, this shorter second chapter offers a playful mixture of aerobics, human furniture and gentle crushing action.

Sit back and enjoy another entertaining fitness session with Mistress Carmen and her most useful piece of workout equipment.

The Longest Chestsit – Part 2: Carmen Has No Mercy

In Part 2, Carmen raises the intensity and strips away what little mercy Michael experienced the first time.

She pushes him back onto the sofa, settles her full weight across his chest and lights a cigarette, ordering him to hold her ashtray while she relaxes above him. Carmen smokes at her leisure as Michael’s gasps, groans and increasingly strained voice reveal the pressure building beneath her.

This time, she is more demanding, more playful and far less inclined to give him relief. Long, uninterrupted stretches of chestsitting dominate the session, with Carmen making small adjustments whenever she wants to settle deeper or increase the strain. Several heavy butt drops punctuate the prolonged pressure, while a brief headscissors adds another layer of control before she returns to her favourite position.

Then Carmen removes the one small comfort Michael still had—the softness of the sofa.

For the final minutes, she moves him onto the hard floor, where there are no cushions to absorb or soften her weight. Carmen lowers herself across his chest once again, making this the most relentless and unforgiving section of the entire two-part session.

Even that is not enough for her.

For the finale, Carmen moves higher and settles her full weight directly across Michael’s head, ending Part 2 in her most merciless position of all.

What began as Carmen searching for somewhere comfortable to sit becomes a prolonged display of dominance, endurance and absolute control.

**Featuring extended full-weight chestsitting, audible gasps and strained conversation, cigarette smoking, ashtray service, heavy butt drops, a brief headscissors and an intense full-weight head-sitting finale.**

Carmen arrives at Michael’s caravan ready to relax in her favourite chair—only to find that he has covered it with a dirty, smelly dog blanket.

She certainly isn’t going to sit on that.

Rather than move the blanket herself, Carmen decides Michael can take the chair’s place. She orders him onto the sofa, pushes him flat and settles her full weight directly across his chest. Once she has found the perfect position, Carmen makes herself comfortable and casually begins painting her nails.

Michael soon realises that she has no intention of getting up.

This is a long, drawn-out chestsitting session featuring extended full-weight pressure, small position adjustments and Carmen calmly enjoying herself while Michael gasps beneath her. His breathing becomes increasingly strained, and his struggling voice can be heard as he tries to answer Carmen from underneath her weight.

The more uncomfortable Michael becomes, the more amused and relaxed Carmen appears. Her nails receive far more attention than he does as she continues using him as her personal sofa cushion.

Why settle for her old favourite chair when Michael is softer, warmer—and much more entertaining?

Featuring prolonged chestsitting, full-weight pressure, audible gasps, strained conversation and Carmen’s playful, dismissive domination.

Part 1 of 2.

At 115 kg, Carmen La Dean steps onto the wrestling mats for one of her most unusual matches yet — a lineup of helpless toy trucks and vehicles and one mini Basketball waiting to be crushed.

Presented like a playful wrestling squash match, Carmen takes on her tiny challengers across 5 destructive rounds, using her full weight, strength, and attitude to dominate them completely. She traps them in scissors, stomps them underfoot, bites down on them, tramples them, sits on them, crushes them beneath her body, and finishes some with heavy Banzai drops / hip drops that leave the little vehicles broken beneath her.

Some toys are crushed slowly underfoot or beneath her weight, while others are pulled apart by Carmen’s bare hands as she tears through the competition round by round.

The film is shot on wrestling mats and edited with a fun match-style presentation, including music, wrestling bell effects, crowd cheering, slow motion, added impact effects, and a score count at the end of each round while Carmen takes a quick break before the next opponent.

By the end, the toy trucks have been flattened, cracked, bent, torn apart, and defeated one by one.

And after the main event, Carmen returns for a bonus Truck Demolition Match, where one final truck is sat on, trampled, and crushed to its end beneath her full weight.

A fun, destructive toy crush film with a wrestling twist — featuring stomping, trampling, sitting, scissors, biting, bare-hand destruction, hip drops, Banzai drops, slow motion, sound effects, replays and Carmen La Dean’s heavyweight domination. Dont Forget the bonus match at the end!!

Carmen La Dean easily overpowers Michael in this one-sided mixed wrestling bed squash match. What begins with a slightly playful challenge quickly becomes a clear display of Carmen’s size, strength, and control as Michael finds himself trapped beneath her again and again.

The match takes place entirely on the bed, with Carmen keeping Michael under constant pressure through heavy chest sitting, crushing pins, face sitting, grapevine, head scissors, body scissors, and dominant wrestling control. Michael tries to resist, but Carmen is simply too strong for him, using her bodyweight and confidence to keep him pinned, squashed, and helpless beneath her.

As the match continues, the tone becomes less playful as Michael tires and Carmen takes firmer control. She moves from hold to hold, sitting heavily on him, stretching him out, trapping him in scissors, and making it clear that he has no real chance of winning. There are also a few light drops during the match, but the main focus is mixed wrestling domination, bed squash, chest sitting, and bodyweight control.

115 kg Carmen La Dean pins Michael flat on a hard leather bench for an intense heavy chest sitting punishment clip. Michael is carried into the room and put onto the unforgiving bench with nowhere to move as Carmen takes full control.

Carmen sits heavily on his chest, using her full bodyweight to keep him trapped beneath her. She shifts, presses, and settles into long chest sitting holds while Michael struggles under the pressure. The hard leather bench gives him no comfort and no room to escape as Carmen sits on him, teases him, and reminds him who is in control.

Across the 15-minute clip, Carmen alternates between steady chest sitting pressure, sitting holds, squashing pressure, and a couple of heavier drops that leave Michael overwhelmed beneath her. As the pressure becomes too much, Carmen decides there is only one way she will let him up: he has to lick her shoes. Michael tries hard not to give in, but in the end he simply cannot take her weight any longer.
