Mizuki spends her day as a normal schoolgirl, but she has a second identity as Magical Mizuki, transforming herself into a super-powered magic girl and fighting evil doers every Sunday morning. One day one of the bad guys managed to sneak up to her and subdue her without giving her a chance to transform. She is then brought before her arch nemesis, the Evil Witch, who cannot believe this normal-looking schoolgirl is the Magical Mizuki, who has been a huge roadblock in her evil plans.
"Are you sure this is the Magical Mizuki? You`d better have some kind of proof if you are expecting rewards from me..."

"Well this is what she looks like before her transformation, so it`s understandable you don`t recognize her. Fine, I will drag the Magical Mizuki out of her..."

Then starts the torment... Knowing she would be in even bigger danger if the witch recognizes her, Mizuki tries to resist. Unfortunately for her, it just so happened that this bad guy`s favorite method happened to be Mizuki`s biggest weak point: TICKLING.

"Coochy-coochy-coo! Come on, you need to transform if you want to break free!"
"No-ho-ho-ho-oh! I, I`m not Magical Mizuki! A-ha-ha-ha! I can`t transform or anything! Stop! A-ha-ha-ha!"
