'' I would like to see you in open-toed heels, with your nails painted red, a sports bra, and dark blue skinny jeans. Throughout the video I would like to see the emphasis on a lot of splits and high kicking.

To start with, I would like some stretching. Specifically splits that you can do to show off your flexibility. I would like to see different angles front and back. You can do a middle split stretch where you attempt to go as close to the ground as you can (backside angle please). Then perhaps some other stretches or whatever creative ideas you might have to show off your flexibility. Then I would like to focus on the kicks. Always as high as possible. Please try to get various angles again facing, side, and butt to the camera. Throughout the entire video, I always want to be able to see your full body, from head to toe. ''
