Damn it, my mind is going crazy. My craving for cigarettes gets stronger with every passing year! With my mouth watering, I grab one and light it sensually. The taste of the smoke stimulates my salivary glands. My full lips moisten at the first touch, and soon the entire filter will be soaked. Try to understand me: I crave chewing nicotine just like need bones to clean their teeth. I can’t help it. My addiction is incurable. It’s sick, filthy, rebellious, destructive. But I love my teeth. I take care of them with a thousand coffees a day and just as many cigarettes! My mouth was made for smoking, and I have to bite into that fucking filter, now, right away, this very moment, and draw layers of molten asphalt into my lungs. I chew on that hanging stick with pleasure, and exhale copiously through my nose like an ’80s smokestack. You can see me enjoying it more and more up close. I bite the cigarette over and over, crushing it between my teeth. It’s soft as chewing gum. My fingers reek of smoke. I squeeze the filter as if it were olive oil. My black fingernails and skin brush against the nicotine tears oozing from the filter. I want to touch the embers, and I touch them! I feel the intense heat of what I’m breathing in, and it turns me on. It’s a fucking addiction, cursed and beautiful. I love the cigarette: I scrape away its flavor, drag after drag, without any mercy. I see it bruised between my hungry jaws. I see it suffering, knowing it’s given me everything it could. I close it in on itself. Aroma in the air. Peace.
