Even the most basic form of front-cuffing becomes incredibly difficult when a leg spreader bar is added to the mix. Although only a spreader bar is used, the rigid connection between the ankle cuffs and the bar leaves virtually no room for the feet to move; under these conditions, simply turning around is a struggle, let alone walking.
