Description

Sitting on the couch in a bikini, I have been challenged to hold my breath as long as what I can. I wear a nose plug and face the camera.

1 minute passes and this challenge feels impossible. 2 minutes pass and I can definitely feel the strain. We approach the 3 minute marker, and now there are visual signs of me struggling.

Do I surpass the 3 minute mark?

Viewer Safety Notice:

All breath hold scenes in this video are performed voluntarily by an experienced adult familiar with her own limits. Never practice breath holding alone, underwater, or without proper safety supervision. Hyperventilating before breath holds can be extremely dangerous and increase the risk of blackout. Viewer discretion and personal responsibility are advised.
