Mentre Zuzu si riprende a casa con il gesso alla gamba e un solo zoccolo, la sua amica viene a trovarla e la trova distesa sul divano in preda a una certa malinconia. Mentre controlla il gesso, l'amica di Zuzu le propone di tirarle su il morale aiutandola a decorare il gesso stesso. Spera che questo le tolga dalla testa il pensiero del gesso, ma invece finisce per focalizzare ancor più l'attenzione proprio su quello. Poi l'amica offre di massaggiarle le dita dei piedi ingessate, cosa che risulta rilassante, ma ancora non riesce a distrarre Zuzu dal suo stato di immobilizzazione. Alla fine decidono di uscire, nella speranza che ciò possa aiutarla, anche se per Zuzu è difficile muoversi. Prima però cambia lo zoccolo con una scarpa da ginnastica perché sarà più facile da indossare.

Kyra is at her girlfriend Connie's place. While checking posts on social media, Kyra suddenly notices a picture of her boyfriend with another girl. She becomes anxious, starts gasping for air, and soon her heart goes into Vfib. Connie tries to call out to Kyra but gets no response. In a panic, Connie calls an ambulance and begins CPR and MTM on Kyra. The paramedics arrive quickly and assess the situation, realizing they need to start resuscitation immediately. They quickly open Kyra's shirt, begin deep and strong chest compressions, and use an ambu bag for ventilation. Kyra is hooked up to a 3 lead heart monitor, and the defibrillator is charged with no immediate response. Kyra exhibits short, sharp movements and more dramatic, Hollywood-style reactions. After several more cycles of CPR, the medical team intubates Kyra, secures the endotracheal tube with tape, and continues resuscitation. Finally, Kyra's pulse returns to a normal rhythm. This scene features a detailed and dramatic resuscitation effort, including CPR, ambu bagging, defibrillation, intubation, and monitoring with ECG. It's a compelling clip for anyone interested in resuscitation procedures.

After coffee with her friend at the mall Emma starts this clip on her way to the subway with her. She uses a cane to balance her high heeled boot with her leg cast. She's got an uncomfortable toe spica which makes it more difficult to gimp in her unbalanced heel while the plaster rubs between her big and second long toe and it’s really tricky going up and down the stairs to the subway. She has to do it and when she gets on the subway she crosses her casted leg to keep her exposed toes off the dirty floor and because its more comfortable. What's not comfortable is the looks she gets on the subway wearing only one shoe with her five vulnerable toes hanging out of their plaster prison. Still, she has no choice, and after a couple of train switches with the same results she is happy to get out of the train. She is less happy climbing up the steep staircase to street level, even with an escalator allowing her casted leg some relief for part of the way. And she still has a way to go walking on her bad foot before she gets home. Too bad for her long pretty bare toes that it's so cold! A great clip featuring nice close-up shots of Emma's long toes both on he trains and on the escalator. If you like these public closeups it must see. Quite a bit of station and street gimping as well.

Connie è sempre stata insicura dei suoi piedi grandi. La sua amica pensa in fretta e la fa posare per una foto davanti ad essa per distrarla. Un bel equilibrio alternando zoppicata e riposo per primi piani in questo che mostra il grande piede ingessato di Connie.

Connie has a weekend appointment with a real estate agent to check out a potential new location that needs lot of work. She has had an accident recently and is in a leg cast but decides to make the meeting anyway What she doesn't realize is that walking bare toed in a cast to a building site is not the best idea. First, she must navigate outside building with lots of small sharp pebbles and water filled potholes. She must keep her eyes on the ground to insure she does not hurt her casted foot and almost misses the agent who is surprised at her condition when they meet. Then they go into the building which is dark and dusty, and Connie must navigate some rickety stairs all the while holding on to the agent's arm for support. Connie’s foot starts to ache as the building tour progresses and the agent suggests they go back to her home which is not far so Connie can rest her bad foot. When they get their Connie immediately starts wiping her half naked cast foot off and massaging her cold toes. the agent offers to assist with a soothing closeup cast foot massage.

Connie ha un appuntamento al buio e sta ossessionando su cosa indossare con il suo grande gesso alla gamba con le dita dei piedi che spuntano fuori. Poi Benetta fa cambiare a Kira la scarpa e la mezza scarpa sull'altro piede, e la porta fuori dall'ufficio per vedere se riesce a mantenere equilibrio e grazia con un solo tacco sbilanciato, con le sue dita dei piedi in nylon che spuntano fuori proprio come Benetta deve fare ogni giorno. Questo è un clip con una storia unica, con molti primi piani davvero belli, in particolare delle lunghe e graziose dita dei piedi di Benetta, mentre entrambe si allenano a camminare con un'ingessatura e una scarpa sbilanciata. Lo consideriamo imperdibile.

Il piede costantemente ingessato di Zuzu è un po' dolorante oggi, quindi usa un bastone quando esce con i suoi pantaloncini corti e una singola chuck per incontrare la sua amica.
