Description

This video comes from a semi-competitive session with Ragnar, who had a very clear idea of what he enjoys most. Whenever I manage to outwrestle him and secure control, he wants me to use my legs and feet extensively especially around his neck and face, which he clearly enjoys.

He also likes to tap repeatedly, sometimes even testing his limits by holding out for a moment before finally giving in. As he jokingly says, if I manage to dominate him properly he is more than happy.

Ragnar is a big, strong guy, but fortunately for me his endurance isnt endless. As the session goes on, it becomes easier to control him, and my legs find their way into his face more and more often while he struggles to keep up.

Throughout the match I apply frequent head scissors from different angles, along with armbars, omoplata transitions, various pins, and creative variations that incorporate feet and leg control. The pace is steady and controlled, with a playful semi-competitive energy that makes the whole session dynamic and fun.

Sessions with Ragnar are always enjoyable intense, physical, and full of creative control.
