Description

I sprained my ankle (and hurt my knee and shoulder too) falling on the ice this winter. It was a moderately bad sprain, and I've never had one before. Watch me show it off in the early days with the swelling, and me trying out my crutches again in booty shorts. I hadn't used them since I broke my leg six years ago. I tell how it happened, and what I did after that made it worse. I share my RICE method too. Then a couple days later I show how it has healed, I show the stretches I read one should do for a sprained ankle and how they hurt. I show positions I still can't sit in yet. Then I put on my new ankle brace and do some more stretches and talk about my sprain while in my panties. At the end of the clip, I share photos from the first day of the sprain with significant swelling and the bruises that showed up a few days later.
